Our clients desired a modern, open atmosphere, prompting the removal of walls to create a spacious kitchen and gathering room. Every detail was meticulously planned, including the layout and design for all bathrooms and, along with custom cabinet design and specifications. Transformed private residence in Sewall's Point, FL with a stunning remodel that included an overhaul of the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Beautifully redesigned kitchen, dining, and living room in addition to a new staircase railing and layout. Stylish brick paver driveway, sidewalk, and patio, elevating the home's curb appeal. Installation of all new hurricane impact windows and sliders, and a finished garage featuring an epoxy flake floor and automated remote control lift systems for convenient storage.

LS Interiors Group was hired as the general contractor and interior designer at this Johnathan's Landing condo renovation. Our most recent project showcases a beautiful stainless and glass staircase railing that opens up the floor plan, paired with sophisticated plank-style tile throughout. We've upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms with contemporary cabinetry, countertops, and hardware, along with natural material decorative light fixtures and ceiling fans. Additionally, we've incorporated brand-new hurricane impact windows and sliders to enhance both safety and efficiency.
