After the contracts have been signed we develop your project according to the following steps:

1. We meet with the client to determine all requirements of the project. We then decide what is being retained from the existing residence or commercial space and develop a basic concept and scheme for the project. From this information we prepare preliminary plans with schematics, finishes and furnishings and review these plans with the client.
2. We finalize selections of all materials for finishes, lighting and electrical plans (as required). We then prepare a budget and present the plans, specifications and budget to the client for approval.
3. After final approval of all plans, we then do all the purchasing of furnishings and fixtures that the client has approved. We will prepare a bid specification for furnishings and built-ins as needed.
4. We will always obtain competitive bids and review all contracts from our subcontractors and/or suppliers. We will arrange for timely commencement of the work to be done and schedule a work sequence to enable a timely completion of the project. We shall make periodic visits to the job site and supervise all installations.
5. As each project has its own personality, so will the decorating process. Our steps may be modified to meet the unique design goals of each of our clients.
